1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love I Got Dibs! If you are not satisfied with your game kit purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Unopened kits: Full refund if returned in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective NFC tags: Full replacement or refund if tags are non-functional on arrival. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened kits: Refund at our discretion if there is a genuine issue. NFC tags that have been activated and linked to a season are not eligible for return.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@igotdibs.io with:
- Your order number or email used at checkout.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Photos of defective items (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping
- Defective items: We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item (or approving a digital refund for defective tags).
6. Non-Refundable Items
- NFC tags that have been activated and linked to a season.
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
7. Damaged in Transit
If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.
